Who we are looking for to join our team 

Team applicants! We are looking for 2 eager, hardworking, customer service oriented hosts to join our fun, face paced team!  

 

Although we are a family friendly park, Hosts with children are not the best fit for this position.

We are interested in Teams that can be trained and work efficiently without being micro-managed.

​

Host Duties

​

Ideally one member of the team works on indoor tasks while the other works on outdoor tasks.

Indoor Tasks- Training provided

  • Customer Service #1 Priority

  • Phone calls- taking reservations for nightly or weekly guests, answering customer questions

  • Utilizing the Booking System on the computer

  • Stocking store items and inventory levels

  • General Cleaning - Office/store, Clubhouse, Laundry Facility, Bathhouse

  • General knowledge of tourist activities

  • Check-in Customers and escort them to their sites.

  • Communicate needs of guests to Management. 

  • Have strong organizational and Communication skills. 

  • Ability to be a team player and complete tasks assigned to you. 

Outdoor Tasks- Training Provided

  • Daily rounds -picking up trash and propane tanks

  • Escorting guests to their site

  • Light tree trimming

  • Downed limb removal

  • mowing/weed eating

  • Spraying/pulling weeds

  • General Site Maintenance

  • Planting/Watering/Leaf Pick up (seasonal)

  • Cross trained in the office to take reservations/check guests in.
