PARK RULES & MAP

Please re-register by 10:00AM if you plan to stay another day.

(if site is available, we will do our best to accommodate you)

•  If you have PETS:

-All PETS must be kept on a leash (1 warning will be given. You will be asked to leave on the 2nd offense)

-No PETS are allowed inside facilities (laundry, bathhouse, office, store, clubhouse)

-"There is no such thing as a bad pet, just bad pet parents"

Your PETS are welcome at Trailer Village if kept under control, are quiet and cleaned-up after (strictly enforced). 

-NO Aggressive dogs will be tolerated. No breed restrictions.

-Owner must be sitting outside with a restrained pet.

-LIMIT 4 PETS PER SITE 

-If you have pets please be courteous to fellow RVers who do not have pets.

•  SPEED LIMIT: 5 MPH. DO NOT EXCEED, please drive with extreme caution. (1 warning will be given. You will be asked to leave on the 2nd offense). 

• Drive on roads only. Do not cut through sites. 

• QUIET HOURS: 10:00PM-8:00AM. Use of generators is Prohibited while staying in the park regardless of hour.

• GARBAGE: Please set your trash in a tied bag at the front of your site. Trash pick up every morning at 11:00am.

• CAMPER WASHING: Vehicle/RV washing not permitted. Office has approved list of vendors.

• RECREATIONAL VEHICLES: Only RVIA certified units will be allowed in the park. Due to safety reasons no "Homemade" RV's or FEMA trailers will be allowed. RV's and Vehicles need to be properly insured.

• VEHICLES: Only 2 vehicles per site. If GRANTED, additional cost for vehicles/trailers may apply.

• CAMPFIRES: NO CAMPFIRES ARE ALLOWED AT THE SITES! BBQ grills are allowed (DO NOT DUMP HOT COALS IN TRASH)

• CONDUCT: Guests are fully responsible for the conduct of  everyone in their party including guests invited to the RV Park.

• PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for damage, injury or loss by accident, theft or fire to either property or person. *at check in a waiver is required.

• SEWER RINGS: Sewer rings (sealed or screwed in adapter) MUST be used at all times.

• CLOTHESLINES: No clothing lines permitted.

• NO REFUNDS After Check-in: Please plan your stay accordingly.

• SITE MAINTENANCE: Each tenant is responsible for maintaining their space. No storage boxes, appliances, etc. outside of your unit. (tip: if your outside items cannot be packed in 10 Minuets or less, you have to many outside items.)

• Monthly RVers: 10 years or newer. 

• NO EV CHARGING IN YOUR SITE- EV Charging requires reservation of a site and has a nightly cost. There are super chargers at McDonalds downtown and the Allsups truck stop on West 2nd.
