Trailer Village RV Park After Hours Check In
We understand that sometimes travel days don't go as planned. If you need a late check in we are happy to accommodate. The office is open 9am-5pm seven days a week. Everything you need to know about your late arrival is below.
Checking In as a Late Arrival
Welcome to Roswell!
The RV Park is located at 1706 E. 2nd St. Roswell, NM.
Upon arrival, please pull to the STOP sign on the left drive that says REGISTRATION PARKING. STOP HERE DO NOT PASS THE STOP SIGN. The office is located on the passenger side of the vehicle (Large Building closer to the highway). DO NOT KNOCK on the Cabin door that says "Private Residence", it is not the office.

Guests with Reservations arriving after hours:
Please communicate with the office the day of your arrival regarding your estimated check in time. The card on file will be charged for the duration of your stay, if your stay is a different duration than what you had originally booked let us know, so we can charge the accurate amount of nights for your stay. At 5pm we will run your card on file which you provided at the time of booking. At this time, we will apply discounts you qualify for. WE DO NOT REFUND, please plan your stay accordingly.

Proceed to the Front Porch of the office, you will find an envelope with your name on it, clipped to the front door. Please take your envelope and open it (before driving). Please sign the 2 receipts that say "office copies" and place the signed copies into the after hours drop box (located on the front of the office). Review your RV Park map before driving through the park. On your map, we have marked the route you will take to your site. There will be a cone in your site. All the information you need for the park can be found on your Park Map, please do not call the after hours emergency line for WIFI or restroom code the information is on the Park Map provided to you.

Guests without a Reservation:
NIGHTLY GUESTS ONLY
If the NO VACANCY sign is displayed on the front of the office,
DO NOT pick a site, even if you see a site that is open.
DO NOT USE ANY OF THE BACK-IN SPACES
for after hours arrival.

Select a "OPEN SITE" packet from the front door of the office that corresponds with your RV. Follow the park map in the packet to your site. All park info can be found on your park map. 5MPH SPEED LIMIT .The sites are angled so that you can pull into them facing the direction you will leave in the morning. If a site has a cone it is already reserved.
If you would like to pay in the morning, please come to the office at 9:00am. If you are departing before the office opens please do the following:
Place $45.00 cash into the envelope and place into the after hours drop box.
No Discounts or change can be given for After Hours Check In.
Check out the following day is at 11:00am.
If you would like to extend your stay we will try to accommodate. We cannot guarantee your site will be open the following night.
