Our Park Amenities
*Please note, what you pay for is a site and full hook-ups.
-We attempt to make sure our Amenities are open and operational 100% of the time. However, this is not a guarantee.
Unfortunately there are instances that an amenity may be closed for repairs, cleaning, or maintenance.
We ask that you are respectful of signage and staff direction. Failure to follow signage or direction may result in you leaving the park without refund.

PRIVATE POOL
Pool Hours: 12-8PM everyday.
*Late Arrivals will not have access on day of arrival. Wristband, Code, & Hold Harmless required prior to entry.
DOG PARK
We are very dog friendly! No breed restrictions. Your dog must be friendly, under control, and properly vaccinated to use the dog park. Use of dog park is at your own risk. Not a request, PICK UP after your animal, SMILE you are on camera.
24/7 LAUNDRY
Coin Operated 24/7 Laundry.
-Change available in the office.
*Although these are commercial machines, they are residential size loads. Please be respectful of others and do not break the machines by overloading.
CLUBHOUSE
Open 9am-8pm everyday.
Guests can enjoy air conditioning, billiards, ping pong, 80" TV, PARK HOSTED events, puzzles, games, book exchange, and corn hole boards.
CHILDRENS PLAYGROUND
Playground is OPEN dawn-8pm
*Please supervise your children.
TRASH PICK UP
Please place your TIED trash bag at the front of your site each morning to be picked up. Trash set out after 11AM will not be picked up. DUMPSTER is at the back of the park.
DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUT OVER NIGHT.

Open 9-5 everyday. The most original and best priced souvenirs you will find in Roswell!
FIBER OPTIC INTERNET
Free WiFi; at your site, clubhouse, dog park, laundry room, and pool. The entire property has a mesh network that pushes speeds up to 150MBPS to your devices.
*please note experiences may vary depending on demand. Please turn of your WEBOOST or any other booster products.

If you wish to use starlink please inform staff at the time of booking so that we can place you in a site with clear skies.
BATH HOUSE
CODE REQUIRED- OPEN 24/7
-Nightly/Weekly Guests have access to this facility.
Do not give out the code to other guests. Your park map will have the code listed.
Bathhouse is for REGISTERED GUESTS OF THE PARK ONLY.
-ALL units must be self contained.

PROPANE FIREPIT RENTAL
$5.00/night propane fire pit rental, we deliver directly to your site.
Use your own tank - FREE
Rent a full tank from us for $20.00

PROPANE FILL STATION
-We fill tanks and Motorhomes.
-Pay by the Gal pumped.
-Fill station is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
*WE PUMP EVERYDAY- if you are not in the park CALL BEFORE to ensure a pumper is on the property.
*if your tank is expired or damaged we will not fill it.
24/7 VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
We are a very SAFE enviornment and run a tight ship.
For the protection of our guests, staff, and personal property the park is under 24/7 monitoring.
