Cancellation or Early Departures
48 Hour Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made before 5PM (2 days) before arrival date. DO NOT EMAIL or TEXT, you must call to cancel.

Failure to comply with the 48 hours cancellation policy will result in a charge for a (1 night Stay). This includes a single person that booked multiple sites for a group. The 1 night stay is charged per site reserved.

Reservations that have had date changes and then cancelled are charged 1 night stay.

NO REFUNDS for early departures, please plan accordingly.

NO REFUNDS if you fail to follow park rules and are asked to leave the property. This is private property, with the right to refuse service to anyone. (SMILE YOU ARE ON CAMERA)

Any cancellation or early departure that is out of the control of Trailer Village (i.e.; weather, mechanical issues, medical emergencies) is not the responsibility of Trailer Village and will result in a 1 night stay charge (prior to check in) or NO REFUND (after checkin). However, Trailer Village will not charge if you push your arrival date back to accommodate unforeseen events (i.e.; weather, mechanical issues, medical emergencies).
