A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $550 is required at the time of booking. $275 is applied to your 1st full months rate, and $275 is applied to your 2nd full months rate. If you cancel or leave early no portion is refundable. The entire deposit is returned to you as credit on your monthly rates.

DRY CAMP- $50.00/night (water fill station and honey wagon pump out- we only offer these services during the air races)
Refunds, Cancellations, or Early Departures
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY- Defined in your Terms and Conditions found on your invoice.
There are no REFUNDS or Pro-Rating after check in. Please plan your stay accordingly.

A NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit of $10.00 per day is required at the time of booking.

Your remaining balance is due on the day of your arrival. You may pay the remaining balance by SMS Link, Email, or in person at time of check in. Invoices for reservations will be sent the night prior to your arrival. (late arrival: SMS “TEXT” and Email Links are the only available payment option).

A Reminder notification for the remaining balance of your reservation will be sent on your arrival date.

You may cancel your reservation at any time prior to 5:00pm MST the day before your date of arrival, and the remaining invoice balance will not be charged.

NOTE: If you cancel on your day of arrival, you will be responsible for the remaining portion of your invoice, the card you provided will be charged.

Please note: If you have paid the invoice in full before your arrival date and then choose to cancel there are no refunds.
*Mechanical issues, weather, illnesses, medical emergencies, and deaths are not in the control of Trailer Village RV Park, therefore do not affect the policies defined above. Trailer Village may choose to honor payment for another date if a site is available, however, makes no promises or guarantees that the park can accommodate last minute changes to a reservation.
*Due to site variations: Your reservation may be cancelled by the park without refund if the guest arrives with a different size RV or different number of vehicles than stated at the time of booking. Trailer Village will always attempt to accommodate, but ultimately this communication falls on the guest prior to their arrival.

Monthly Deposit: $550 NON-Refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. 1/2 will be credited to the 1st month rate of $565 and 1/2 will be credited to the 2nd month rate of $565. If you leave early no portion of this deposit is refunded. You receive the entire deposit back as credit to your first (2 Months). *This is noted on your invoice as well.
