Nightly Rate: $50.00 + 3% invoice fee + tax
*NO Nightly Minimum
Information that will be needed for booking a reservation: (Starting Jan 1st, 2026)

CANCELLATION/ CHANGE DEADLINE:
5:00PM MST May 31st, 2026.​

May 28th, 2026- Invoices will be sent for your reservation.

Invoices must be paid by 5:00pm MST on May 31st, 2026. Or your reservation will be cancelled the morning of June 1st, 2026.

A invoice for your reservation will be sent to you in two forms. (JMF ENTERPRISES)

- You will enter the card number you would like to pay for your reservation. Once paid there are NO REFUNDS.. *please note, we receive confirmation that the invoice went through, when it has been viewed, and when payment has been made.

YOUR RESERVATION IS YOUR RESPOSIBILITY, WE WILL NOT MAKE COURTESY CALLS.

Once payment has been made, your first communication packet will be sent digitally (via email). Communications will be sent periodically with updates regarding the air races, reservation information, transportation, food trucks/vendors, and reminders.

*We gave a very gracious cancellation policy last year and unfortunately a NUMBER of REALLY BAD APPLES has ruined that opportunity moving forward. Our policy is clear and defined, do not book if you aren't serious about coming.
