-requested accommodations are not available (if you want to be next to someone you must arrive together.)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy- (regardless if you are here for the races or not) the following applies: Event Cancellation Policy: if cancelled prior to, or on August 31st (prior to 5pm MST), you will not owe anything. If cancelled after August 31st, 2025 you will owe for your ENTIRE reservation. The card on file will be charged for the full amount. Cancellations must be made by phone only; you will receive a cancellation confirmation email immediately. Cancellation attempts made by email, text, or voicemail do not qualify as a cancellation. YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT CANCELLED UNLESS YOU SPOKE TO A STAFF MEMBER AND HAVE RECEIVED A CANCELLATION EMAIL.

Q: When are the Air Races
A: 2025 Race and Air Show DatesSeptember 10th- September 14th
Q: Can I book before or after the race dates?
A: Absolutely, Trailer Village is a 365 day a year RV Park. We would love for you to book prior to/after the races and explore all southeastern New Mexico has to offer!
Q:Are there discounts?
A: No discounts or club rates are available for this event.
Q:What site am I going to be in?
A: Site numbers will be provided on arrival. Please have your park map with you. Parking passes and wristbands will be provided at check-in.
Q: Can I request accommodations?
A: Twin Rivers Farm cannot make any accommodations for this event. If you would like to camp next to friends or family, you will need to arrive at the same time.
Q: Does the farm have facilities, a bathhouse, or handicap accessible?
A: No. There are no facilities, toilets, or shower houses on the property. All units must be self contained. The sites and roadways are hard packed dirt. All RV Units are to be self contained, please plan for your specific needs.
Q: Is the Farm safe?
A: We run a very tight ship. Rules will be followed or you leave. But like anywhere use your best judgment, don't leave things out for the taking, lock your items/vehicles up.
Q: Do you allow all dog breeds?
A: We do not believe in Bad dogs... just bad owners. Your fur babies are welcome here as long as they are non-aggressive and you keep them leashed and picked up after. They cannot stay kenneled or tethered outside if you are not sitting with them.
Q: Marijuana is legal in New Mexico so I can smoke it anywhere right?
A: Although Marijuana is legal in the state of New Mexico it is not legal federally. You may use Marijuana inside your RV only. It is not legal to consume while walking around town. Marijuana is not permitted for use outside of your RV while on Twin Rivers property.
Q. Is this paved or gravel?
A. No- this is a working farm, their were cows in this pasture until 10 days prior to the event. Roads have been cut into field, berms have been installed for barriers, Signage will guide you through the 1-way roads, and each site has been staked off with snow-whips.
Q. Are there bugs or critters?
A. Welcome to the desert, we have Tarantulas, Texas red heads, Scorpions, Vinegaroons, Fire Ants, Mosquitos & Black Widows. Please be aware of your surroundings, do not leave shoes outside and check items prior to use. In addition to Mosquito spray, you might want to have wasp spray, and a fly swatter.

Q. Can I bring outdoor furniture or rugs?
A. This is encouraged, please bring outdoor rugs, Turf (especially for those with dogs), patio furniture, Shade tents (lower tents when not in use because of wind).

Q. Can I wonder about the Farm?
A. NO- the farm is a working farm, their are animals and crops. For the protection of farm property and the safety of you the guest, we require that guests stay within defined areas (please see your maps provided via email or on the website.)

Q. Is there transportation to and from the farm?
A. YES- TRF has allowed Alien City Coach Line to run hourly shuttles. There are also hourly shuttles running from Trailer Village RV park (stop at The Alien Depot) $25.00/person -unlimited day pass (CASH ONLY)

Q.Is alcohol permitted at TRF or at the Air Center?
A. Alcohol is permitted at TRF. Alcohol is NOT PERMITTED at the Air Center unless purchased from the air center.

Q.What time do the gates open?
A. 8am, racing starts at 8:30am. Gates close at 6pm.
