We are a full hook up 66 site RV park.
To make a reservation please call 575-623-6040. Once sites are SOLD OUT we will start a waitlist/cancellation list.
-Owner Morgan: is the only person handling all AirRace Bookings. ALL Staff may assist you with general information, questions, or cancellations.

Information needed for booking:
-Name, phone number, email, type and length of RV, how many vehicles, how many in your party, credit card to hold your site.

Once you have booked your reservation with Morgan, you will be sent a confirmation email. You have 48 hours to confirm this reservation.
All Sites
We have pull thru and back in sites. The site type reserved for you will be listed in your confirmation email. Sites are all full hook ups with 30/50 AMP, water, and sewer at all sites.

Cancellation Policy- If any days of your reservation fall during the air race dates (regardless if you are here for the races or not) the following applies: Event Cancellation Policy: if cancelled prior to, or on July31st (prior to 5pm MST), you will not owe anything. If cancelled after July 31st, 2025 you will owe for your entire reservation. The card on file will be charged for the full amount. Cancellations must be made by phone only; you will receive a cancellation confirmation email immediately. Cancellation attempts made by email, text, or voicemail do not qualify as a cancellation. YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT CANCELLED UNLESS YOU SPOKE TO A STAFF MEMBER AND HAVE RECEIVED A CANCELLATION EMAIL.

Q: Can I book before or after the race dates?
A: Absolutely, Trailer Village is a 365 day a year RV Park. We would love for you to book prior to/after the races and explore all southeastern New Mexico has to offer!
Q:Are there discounts?
A: No discounts or club rates are available for this event.
Q:What site am I going to be in?
A: Site numbers will be provided on arrival.
Q: Can I request accommodations?
A: Trailer Village cannot make any accommodations for this event.
Q: Is the bathhouse or RV Park handicap accessible?
A: This is a question on a individual bases for the disabled persons needs. The sites and roadways are gravel. There is curbing around the utilities. Picnic Patios are elevated (curb height). The bathhouse was built well prior to ADA requirements. We are not a campground and are not required to provide bathing, sinks, or toilets for the public or our guests. All RV Units are to be self contained, please plan for your specific needs. There is a restroom in the clubhouse that is wheel chair accessible, however the clubhouse is locked each night and does not reopen until 9am.
Q: Is the park safe?
A: We run a very tight ship. Rules will be followed or you leave. The entire park is under video surveillance and we have never had an issue with crimes or theft. The owners live on the property and are very involved with all park operations. With that said, use your best judgment, don't leave things out for the taking, lock your items/vehicles up.
Q: Do you allow all dog breeds?
A: We do not believe in Bad dogs... just bad owners. Your fur babies are welcome here as long as they are non-aggressive and you keep them leashed and picked up after.
Q: Marijuana is legal in New Mexico so I can smoke it anywhere right?
A: Although Marijuana is legal in the state of New Mexico it is not legal federally. You may use Marijuana inside your RV only. It is not legal to consume while walking around town. Marijuana is not permitted for use outside of your RV while on Trailer Village property.
Q: Is there transportation to and from the air center?
A: At this time, there are no shuttles or busses provided for transportation. The city of Roswell/RARA has worked with rental car companies to increase the number of rentals by at least 1,400 vehicles. Locals are being encouraged to work with UBER, Lyft, and Turo to help accommodate the influx of population for the event. If you chose to drive your own vehicle, parking is $20.00 a day and from what we have gathered a far walk to the grand stands. The city/RARA is working on a shuttle service from parking areas to the race entrances.
Q: Is there dry-camping at the Air Center?
A: Yes, they are doing an "Event Rate" of $425.00 from 9/9/25-9/15/25. This is dry camping with no hook-ups. Generators are permitted 24/7. (The dry camping we are offering is matching the generator policy with the City/RARA.)
Q:Is it less expensive to DRY CAMP with Trailer Village?
A: YES, we have no minimum and if you are staying the 9th-15th the rate is $197.04 (taxes included).

-LISTEN TO STAFF DIRECTIONS
-Do not walk or drive through a RV site unless it is yours.
-Abide to the 1-way roads.
-5 MPH
-Children (ANYONE UNDER 18) must be supervised by an adult at all times.
-NO BURNING of any sort. Propane fires and grills are the only thing permitted.
- Tobacco and Alcohol are permitted on the property and may be used outside of your unit.Marijuana is permitted on the property but may only be used INSIDE your unit.
- All animals must be LEASHED at all times and the owner must be present with the animal. (do not leave your pet unattended outside of your RV)
-Animals must be picked up after.
- Quiet hours for the event: 11:00PM-7:00AM.
-You may be turned away if you arrive with a different RV or Vehicle you originally booked for.
-You are responsible for any of your guests conduct. If you would like a guest to visit you, they must enter the park on foot. There is no parking for extra vehicles.If you are being picked up or dropped off meet at the front of the RV Park. Non registered guests of Trailer Village are not permitted to use (included amenities- i.e. dog park, bathhouse, laundry facility, WiFi.)
-Parking passes and wristbands must be present at all times.
Failure to follow any of these warnings will result in you packing your belongings and being escorted from the property without refund. SAFETY IS OUR #1 priority.
