WE ARE NOT TAKING RESERVATIONS UNTIL NOV 16th, 2026

2026 Race dates are September 16th-20th.

Nightly minimum for the event: 7 Night minimum
September 13th - September 21st. ($75.00)
Nightly Rate (for 2 person occupancy): $75.00 x 7 Nights = $525.00 + 15.75 processing fee= $540.75 + tax (TBD by state of NM)
Once paid in full, you can add days to your reservation but can not remove days.
The RV (size and type you booked) must be the RV you arrive with or you may not have a site that will accommodate you.
Number of vehicles you booked is locked in as well, we cannot guarantee we will have additional parking available.
If you stay before September 13th or after September 20th the rate is the normal nightly rate of $45+tax

Information that will be needed for booking a reservation: (Starting Jan 1st, 2026)

-Name, phone number- (that can receive text messages), email, type and length of RV, number of vehicles, how many in your party, dates of your stay,

CANCELLATION/ CHANGE DEADLINE:

5:00PM MST May 31st, 2026.

May 28th, 2026- Invoices will be sent for your reservation.
Invoices must be paid by 5:00pm MST on May 31st, 2026. Or your reservation will be cancelled the morning of June 1st, 2026.
A invoice for your reservation will be sent to you in two forms. (JMF ENTERPRISES)

- You will enter the card number you would like to pay for your reservation. Once paid there are NO REFUNDS.. *please note, we receive confirmation that the invoice went through, when it has been viewed, and when payment has been made.

Once payment has been made, your first communication packet will be sent digitally (VIA EMAIL). Communications will be sent periodically with updates regarding the air races, reservation information, transportation, food trucks/vendors, and reminders.

*We gave a very gracious cancellation policy last year and unfortunately a NUMBER of REALLY BAD APPLES has ruined that opportunity moving forward. Our policy is clear and defined, do not book if you aren't serious about coming.

All Sites

We have pull thru and back in sites. The site will be assigned upon arrival. ALL SITES are all full hook up with both 30/50 AMP electric, water, and sewer.

$75.00 Nightly rate + 3% processing fee + tax.

Your site rate includes access to: the laundry (coin operated), bathhouse, dog park, clubhouse, WiFi, pool (if open), propane fill station, souvenir store, market.

ONCE PAYMENT is made there are NO REFUNDS. Cancellations or changes you make to your reservation or changes due to RARA/NCAR/City of Roswell are out of the control of Trailer Village RV Park and do not warrant a refund.

Q: When are the Air Races
A: 2026 Race and Air Show Dates

Q: Can I book before or after the air race dates?
A: Absolutely, Trailer Village is a 365 day a year RV Park. We would love for you to book prior to/after the races and explore all southeastern New Mexico has to offer!

Q:Are there discounts?
A: No discounts or club rates are available for this event.

Q:What site am I going to be in?
A: Site numbers will be provided on arrival.

Q: Can I request accommodations?
A: Trailer Village cannot guarantee any accommodations for this event. Your coach must be self contained.

Q: Is the bathhouse or RV Park handicap accessible?
A: This is a question on a individual bases for the disabled persons needs. The sites and roadways are gravel. There is curbing around the utilities. Picnic Patios are elevated (curb height). The bathhouse was built well prior to ADA requirements. We are not a campground and are not required to provide bathing, sinks, or toilets for the public or our guests. All RV Units are to be self contained, please plan for your specific needs. There is a restroom in the clubhouse that is wheel chair accessible, however the clubhouse is locked each night and does not reopen until 9am.

Q: Is the park safe?
A: We run a very tight ship. Rules will be followed or you leave. The entire park is under video surveillance and we have never had an issue with crimes or theft. The owners live on the property and are very involved with all park operations. With that said, use your best judgment, don't leave things out for the taking, lock your items/vehicles up.

Q: Do you allow all dog breeds?
A: We do not believe in Bad dogs... just bad owners. Your fur babies are welcome here as long as they are non-aggressive and you keep them leashed and picked up after.

Q: Marijuana is legal in New Mexico so I can smoke it anywhere right?
A: Although Marijuana is legal in the state of New Mexico it is not legal federally. You may use Marijuana inside your RV only. It is not legal to consume while walking around town. Marijuana is not permitted for use outside of your RV while on Trailer Village property.

Q: Is there transportation to and from the air center?
A: Trailer Village plans to Partner with Alien City Coach lines for the 2026 event. Trailer Village makes no promises regarding transportation. They run hourly to/from the entrance gate at the Air Center. Their fee is TBD, we will update this information in your communication emails.

Q: Is there dry-camping options?
A: Yes we have a DRY CAMPING RV park. The dry camping sites are all pull throughs with access to water fill stations and a mobile honey wagon for pumping out holding tanks.

Q:Is it less expensive to DRY CAMP with Trailer Village- Twin Rivers Farm?
A: YES, we have no minimum nights required! If you want to stay somewhere safe, that knows how to handle RV's give us a call!

1st and only warnings!
-LISTEN TO STAFF DIRECTIONS

-Do not walk or drive through a RV site unless it is yours.
-Abide to the 1-way roads.
-5 MPH
-Children (ANYONE UNDER 18) must be supervised by an adult at all times.
-NO BURNING of any sort. Propane fires and grills are the only thing permitted.
- Tobacco and Alcohol are permitted on the property and may be used outside of your unit. Marijuana is permitted on the property but may only be used INSIDE your unit.
- All animals must be LEASHED at all times and the owner must be present with the animal. (do not leave your pet unattended outside of your RV)
-Animals must be picked up after.
- Quiet hours for the event: 11:00PM-7:00AM.

-You may be turned away if you arrive with a different RV or Vehicle you originally booked for.
-You are responsible for any of your guests conduct. If you would like a guest to visit you, they must enter the park on foot. There is no parking for extra vehicles. If you are being picked up or dropped off, meet at the front of the RV Park. Non registered guests of Trailer Village are not permitted to use (included amenities- i.e. dog park, bathhouse, laundry facility, Wi-Fi. pool, clubhouse.)
-Parking passes and wristbands must be present at all times.

Failure to follow any of these warnings will result in you packing your belongings and being escorted from the property without refund. SAFETY IS OUR #1 priority.

PLEASE NOTE: Cursing at our STAFF, especially for things out of our control is a 1-way ticket off the property. WIHTOUT REFUND.
