•  What we know; the races will be held in September of 2025. We do not have dates yet for the races.

• We are taking 1st call 1st reserved (down the wait-list). The sooner you call the better chance you will have to reserve a site.

• Once dates are announced, Trailer Village will call the wait-list (in order) and confirm reservations. (if you don't answer we move down the list)

• Reservations must be made as individuals not as groups.

• We do not raise rates for the event. However, we will not give discounts during the event dates.

• Pull through sites will be filled first (as soon as dates are released). Back in sites will open for availability July 31st, 2025.

• Site numbers will be given on arrival.

• If you are traveling with a friend your sites might not be immediately next to one another even if requested.

• Requested Accommodations are not available for this event- i.e. near the bathhouse, by the dog park. 

• Cancellation Policy- If any days of your reservation fall during the air race dates (regardless if you are here for the races or not) the following applies: Event Cancellation Policy: if cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged for 1 night. No discounts apply. Cancellations must be made by phone only; you will receive a cancellation confirmation email immediately. Cancellation attempts made by email, text, or voicemail do not qualify as a cancellation. YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT CANCELLED UNLESS YOU SPOKE TO A STAFF MEMBER AND HAVE RECIEVED A CANCELLATION EMAIL.
